William Le Queux

William Tufnell Le Queux was a prolific Anglo-French journalist and writer. This is one of two novels by Le Queux that were published by Ward Lock in 1922, both with a jacket designed by Blampied. Le Queux published two more novels in 1922, with Cassell.
