Carr reported two editions of this small book in his History of the QTP (1987). Two have been seen. They differ only in that one states the cover was by Christopher Fiddes, in the other this credit is missing. As the cover is not by Christopher Fiddes, the impression that mentions him may have been an error in which a printing plate was re-used.
The Duke of Wellington was a soldier and British Prime Minister.
Sir Cecil James Juxon Talbot Barton (1891-1980), the arranger and editor of this small book, was a British Colonial Administrator. Since he died in September 1980, this book may have been published in that year or perhaps in the late 1970s.
