Andrew Marvell (1621-1678) was one of the first three poets that Carr published, probably in about 1967. Carr reported in the History of the QTP in 1987 that he had published three impressions. Four have been seen. The second impression was given an ISBN, in December 1972. The last impression may have been published after 1987 and was given the serial number 3; it's the only impression to be numbered. However given that the third impression lists 27 titles and by the fourth impression he had published about 90, there may be another impression in between?
As the final S in POEMS is slight lower than other letters, it suggests that the same printing block was used for all impressions, so they may all have been printed by Harry Richardson (Printers), named on the third impression only, or that Carr retained the printing blocks.
