Thomas Gray: Elegy written in a Country Churchyard

Carr reported in the History of the QTP (1987) that he had published two editions of Elegy in a country churchard by Thomas Gray (1716-1771). Three impressions have been found that differ mainly in the colour of the cover, so their order of publication is uncertain. I have assumed that the first edition names the printer and has only one staple, but I could be wrong. The text block in the suppposed third edition looks a bit more worn that the second.
