Carr did not list William Cowper (1731-1800) in his History of the QTP (1987) but three impressions of his poetry have been seen. There may be more. Carr used two ISBNs for the poetry of Cowper: 0900847670 in March 1976 and 0900847719, also registered in 1976. The order of the second and third impressions is guessed.
