This was one of the last engraver's picture books that Carr published. It is not listed in his History of the QTP (1987). Margaret Bruce Wells (1909-1998) studied with the engraver Leon Underwood.
The colour of the covers of these two books are slightly different although the scans shown below don't seem to be much different. It may be that one has faded and that there is only one edition.
According to Jisc Library Hub there is a copy in the Royal Academy of Arts, but it's not listed in the RA catalogue.
