Thomas Bewick, Wood Engraver
This may have been the first book of engravings that Carr published, probably in the late 1970s. Thomas Bewick (1753-1828) was an English engraver and illustrator. Carr reported in his History of the QTP (1987) that he had published four impressions but two different editions have been seen: the first in four impressions and the second in two.
