The Heart of a Russian

M[ikhail] Y[urevich] Lermontov

This is one of two possible, but not seen, books in Hodder & Stoughton's Great Russian Fiction Series. They are listed on the rear cover of the jacket of The Little Angel. A copy of the book has been seen, but not with a jacket. A jacket design by Blampied is assumed as five others in the series have a jacket designed by him. If you have a copy with a jacket, please let me know.

Mikhail Lermontov (1814-1941) was a Russian writer and artist. This book is a translation of his novel A Hero of our Time which was first published in London in 1912 by Herbert and Daniel under the title 'The Heart of a Russian'.
