This was one of the last engraver's picture books that Carr published, numbered 99, and was published after 1987 as it is not listed in Carr's History of the QTP. John Lawrence (b 1933) is a living illustrator and engraver.
According to Jisc Library Hub there is a copy in the Royal Academy of Arts, but it's not listed in the RA catalogue.
