This was one of the last titles published by J.L. Carr. George Cruikshank (1792-1878) was a illustrator and caricaturist.
The small book was designed by Heulwen Williams, a close friend of Carr who looked after him in his final years. It is numbered 100, which is written by hand in a space in standard printed text on the last page. No higher number has been seen. Carr published 101 small books, at least that's how many I have found. If you know of other titles, please let me know.
