Voltelin Heath

Percy Voltelin Heath was the only son of James Heath and Euphemia Celina Van Der Byl. He went to Eton and Magdalen College, Oxford. He joined the Royal Horse Guards in 1911 and died aged 25 y in the first weeks of the First World War, of wounds after the Battle or Affair of Nery, on 1st September 1914. This design was for his father, James Heath.
