Athelstan Riley

Athelstan Riley was the Seigneur of Trinity Manor in Jersey. The Seigneurie is attached to the house, not to the person. The design shows the two Mallard ducks on the pond that the Seigneur is obliged to present to the Monarch during a Royal visit to the Island, with the Manor in the background. He composed hymns.
