Murray Anthony Potter

This is probably Murray Anthony Potter (1871-1915), who in 1914 was Assistant Professor of Romance Languages at Harvard University. According to the Harvard Crimson in May 1915, he died suddenly from an attack of blood-poisoning at his summer home in Lancaster. He was a member of the Royal Automobile Club of London. I'm sure that the stand in the middle has a name and someone will tell me. I suspect it was for making copies of manuscript books.
