Blanche Milligan
Margaret Blanche Milligan (1863-1947) was an Australian midwife and bookplate collector. This bookplate was ordered for her by Percy Neville Barnett, who also ordered a bookplate from Bumpus in 1912. The Australian artist Lionel Lindsay also designed a bookplate for her in 1912, his first design.
