Francis & Cicely Phillips
Francis Rudolph Phillips M.C. (1883-1942) married Eileen Cicely Mander O.B.E. (1897-1962) in 1920. The design shows the Tower of London and the coat of arms of Phillips impaling Mander. They had no children.
