Florence Darnley
This bookplate is for Florence Rose Bligh, wife of Ivo Bligh, 8th Earl of Darnley. She was born Florence Rose Morphy in Victoria, Australia and met her husband when he was Captain of the England cricket team on tour in Australia. Ivo Bligh was presented with the Ashes. The house is Cobham Hall in Kent, which is now a private school for girls.
